Ingredients (for 200 g of tapenade):
- 200g approx of ready-to-serve black olives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup capers
- olive oil
- Pepper
Preparation : (5 to 10 minutes)
Mix the stuffed olives finely with the cloves of garlic and capers.
Add a trickle of olive oil.
Add a little pepper.
Serve on small pieces of toast with a glass of Montalcour Rosé! |
